After stirring up culinary buzz by staging several popular vegan pop-ups in various spots around Dublin, Ireland, Sova Food Vegan Butcher held the grand opening of its brick-and-mortar restaurant Thursday on Pleasants Street near Camden. With a 40-patron-plus seating capacity, the city’s first-ever vegan butcher restaurant serves a brunch and dinner menu featuring everything from Lentil and Aborigine Cutlets to Tomato Tartar. The lucky lads also plan to add a juice bar soon enough, but thirsty diners in the mood for alcoholic libations are already welcome to bring their own for a modest corkage fee.
