Biz Stone Down Time

Twitter co-founder and vegan superstar Biz Stone shares his down time day schedule with The New York Times.

This week, The New York Times Bay Area blog featured a rundown of Twitter co-founder, tech guru, and outspoken vegan Biz Stone's down time. Stone, a 2009 Veggie Award winner, begins a leisure day by waking up early with wife Livia and their two rescue Chihuahuas, Pedro and Maggie. From there, the couple dive into a delicious vegan breakfast, a meal that Stone admits he rarely enjoys during the week. Despite reveling in down time, Stone admits that there is always little bit of work involved in his days off, but that a strenuous eight to 10-mile run relieves any stress. To end the day, Stone enjoys tuning into the HBO series How To Make It In America, and generally turns in by midnight.
