Pomegranate Spritzer

This light, colorful treat gives you all the fun of a festive cocktail, without the follow-up headache.

Makes 6

What You Need:

10 mint leaves
6 lime wedges
6 tablespoons agave
2 1/4 cups organic pomegranate juice
2 1/4 ounces sparkling water
lime twists (for garnish)

What You Do:

  1. In a large pitcher, add mint, lime, and agave and press with a pestle-shaped tool (even a spoon will do in a pinch) to release flavors.
  2. Add pomegranate juice and shake. Strain and divide into six rocks glasses, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a lime twist.
