There’s nothing like a touch of carby crunch to bring a salad from decent to delicious. Hell, croutons are so good that we might be known to eat them straight out of the bag upon finding a quality vegan version—so as you might be able to imagine, a jar of Organic Lives’ Organic Spanish Almond Croutons didn’t last long in our clutches. Made with almonds, veggies, and flax, these bread-free bites pack big flavor thanks to a bevy of herbs: basil, garlic, parsley, oregano, thyme, and rosemary, to name a few. We’re eagerly awaiting the opportunity to toss them on a Caesar or sprinkle them on a soup, but we could see them accenting pretty much anything. Just further proof that raw can be done so very, very right.
