HuffPo Lists the Best Nutrition Experts to Follow

The online news outlet announces its top 35 diet and nutrition pros who tweet.

Yesterday, The Huffington Post listed the top 35 health experts to follow on Twitter, and a good handful of them are vegan and vegetarian-friendly. Some of the vegans listed in the slideshow include Crazy Sexy Diet author Kris Carr and Veganist author Kathy Freston. Other vegetarian-friendly diet and nutrition professionals include New York Times columnist Mark Bittman, Food Revolution chef Jamie Oliver, and The Omnivore’s Dilemma author Michael Pollan. Some other health experts to follow on social media that did not make the list in the list include The Kind Diet author Alicia Silverstone, Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine President Dr. Neal Barnard, Vega formulator Brendan Brazier, and VegNews columnist Julieanna Hever.
