Top Vegan Chef Launches New Website and Classes

Cookbook author Miyoko Schinner launches a brand-new vegan lifestyle website.

Artisan Vegan Cheese author Miyoko Schinner recently debuted artisanveganlife.com, which will showcase a variety of her original recipes, focusing on everything from appetizers to desserts such as fondue, chocolate mousse, and savory mochi soup. Schinner is also a star of Delicious TV’s show Vegan Mashup with fellow chefs Terry Hope Romero and Toni Fiore. Schinner, a longtime chef, also offers cooking classes including an upcoming cheese class while also providing video demonstrations on such foods as nachos, burgers, Alfredo sauce, and more. A vegetarian since age 12, she went vegan in her mid-20s and set about veganizing her favorite French, Japanese, and Indian foods.
