Las Vegas Sun Names Must-Visit Vegan Restaurants

The Las Vegas-based newspaper recently listed the six best veg-friendly restaurants in the city.

Earlier this month, the Las Vegas Sun published the six best places to eat meat- and dairy-free cuisine in Sin City. The newspaper says, “some of us—about five percent nationally—prefer to see cows lounging in fields or adorning manger scenes, not stuck to the business end of a fork.” Some of the restaurants listed in the Sun’s recommendations include Veggie House, which specializes in dishes with soy or gluten meat-substitutes, Pure Vida Bakery & Bystro, which is known as Las Vegas’ oldest all-vegan eatery, and Fresh Mama Café, where patrons can feast on sunflower-seed spreads, collard-green wraps, and The Sweet Peach smoothie.
