Documentary About Animal History Raising Funds

Animals: A Parallel History will examine how views of animals have changed in the modern age.

Filmmaker Stevan Zivkov Andricin has taken to crowd funding platform IndieGoGo to help make his documentary about the history of animal perception. Animals: A Parallel History will use film to examine the shared history of animals and humans, and show how human perceptions of animals has changed since the first motion picture was made in 1878. Andricin, a cartoonist, director, and writer, is hoping to raise $23,000 for the documentary’s research and production.
