Forbes Recognizes Veggie Grill’s Budding Success

The California-based food chain’s exponential growth and continual success has caught the business publication’s attention.

Veggie Grill’s recent rise to the top of the fast casual industry was signified by its plans for further expansion, as the company announced earlier this year that within the next 18 months, it would add new locations in Southern California and Washington, bringing the total number of restaurants from 16 to 32. The vegan food chain’s success was noted in Forbes magazine’s list of “15 Explosively Growing Companies to Watch This Year.” According to the news source, VG’s revenue has doubled since the previous year, and its growth is fueled by the $20 million that it recently raised. “With its novel spin on vegetarian food,” writes Forbes, “Veggie Grill manages to satisfy even the most discerning palettes.”
