Vegan Health and Fitness Expo Comes to Oakland

People will be able to listen and learn from the leading health advocates in veganism at a Northern California health and wellness festival.

Next month, Oakland will host the Plant-Powered Health and Fitness Expo, where attendees will get educated on all aspects of physical wellness, from food to fitness. Outdoor yoga classes will be offered along with educational seminars on Cross-Fit training and marathon running. The Expo will also feature speakers such as vegan bodybuilding guru Robert Cheeke, yoga instructor Marcella Kerbein, and culinary specialist Christy Morgan, also known as The Blissful Chef. Local healthy restaurants will also showcase their foods while vendors will display their new products. VIP tickets, which can be ordered in advance, come with a $10 gift card for Veggie Grill, a tote bag, and a breakfast bar
