Los Angeles Vegan Soup Company Makes Headlines

Soupelina’s wellness-inspired menu and home delivery service has captured the hearts and taste buds of LA’s discerning diners.

ABC News recently compiled a list of 10 noteworthy “food experiences” in Los Angeles, and at the top of the list was Soupelina, a vegan eatery that delivers allergen-free gourmet soups to the homes of LA residents. “No soy, no dairy, no gluten,” writes ABC, “Is it any wonder Hollywood starlets and CA agents are clamoring for daily delivery?” Travel journalist Elina Fuhrman started Soupelina in 2009 while she was battling breast cancer. Her healthly kitchen creations gained popularity among her friends, earning her the title of “soup guru.” Her homegrown operation has grown into a citywide phenomena, with a menu full of items such as Sweet Coconut Thai, Oh My, Lentil Me Entertain You, I Can’t Believe It’s Butternut, and Kale-ifornia Dreamin’.
