Plant-Based Experts Come Together for California Conference

Medical doctors, vegan chefs, and fitness pros gather in Sacramento, CA to promote a plant-based lifestyle.

This weekend, vegan nutrition, fitness, and culinary experts come together for the annual Healthy Taste of Sacramento in Northern California. The program lineup includes educational lectures by Dr. John McDougall and Dr. Richard Oppenlander; chef demos by Miyoko Schinner and Linda Middlesworth; and fitness tips from author Lani Muelrath. The plant-based seminar will also feature vegan meals, a bookstore, and food sampling. Healthy Taste events are a project of renowned vegan food expert, Chef AJ, with the next one scheduled in Los Angeles for November 2.
