John Salley Launches Vegan Challenge Program

Former NBA star offers 22-day online program for people to try out a plant-based lifestyle.

Retired NBA star, John Salley, is taking his passion for veganism to a new level with the launch of BettaLifeChallenge—a 22-day vegan challenge program Salley introduced this month. Wanting "to give people small, easily digested information to live a better life all the time," the former pro athlete encourages people to try out a plant-based diet for weight loss, better digestion, and increased energy. Participants will receive daily emails, discounts on products, access to a vegan meal delivery service, and priority invitations to wellness retreats. Salley has been vegan for eight years and says he wants "to help as many people as I can."
