Daiya Vegan Cheesecake

These decadent ready-made cheesecakes make a gourmet yet simple dessert.

Daiya has done it once again, this time perfecting vegan cheesecake. Let's just say we've fallen head over heels for its new line of creamy tapioca-based cheese nestled in a crumbly graham cracker crust. We topped the original flavor with a handful of fresh berries, and dragged our forks through this luscious, sweet and tangy cheesecake until nothing but crumbs remained. Daiya’s line includes a pleasantly tart lime cheesecake, a bright and fruity strawberry cheesecake, and a chocolate cheesecake with a chocolate crumble crust. Warning: bringing any one of these cakes to a dinner party may outshine the entrée.
