The Huffington Post Predicts the Next Sriracha

News source says gochujang is just like the favorite hot sauce, only better.

The Huffington Post recently reported that gochujang is the next big hot sauce. This Korean vegan staple has a 1,000-year history and has been popping up more in United States grocery stores in recent years. The sauce is composed of a fermented hot pepper paste and is somewhat similar to ketchup, albeit with a hint of spice, as the online news source described it as savory, spicy, sweet, and tangy all at once. “Once you get your tastebuds on it,” the story said, “you might be saying goodbye to sriracha forever.”
