Chloe Coscarelli Announces NYC Vegan Bakery

The vegan chef and media personality broke the news of her fifth business venture on social media.

Chloe Coscarelli is on a roll. The 28-year-old vegan chef behind the ultra-popular by CHLOE restaurant in Manhattan shared a photo this afternoon announcing Sweets by CHLOE, a new bakery concept to open next to the flagship eatery this summer.  “You BATTER believe it! I've been dreaming of this day since I was 5.” The 500-square-foot space will offer favorites from the original menu including Matcha Blueberry Muffins and Cinnamon Espresso Chocolate Chip Cookies, and a newly-developed selection of pies, customizable cakes, and other goods. The announcement comes a mere week after the announcement of the West Coast expansion for Coscarelli’s fourth by CHLOE fast-casual restaurant, set to open inside of a Los Angeles Whole Foods Market concept store. Two other by CHLOE New York locations are already in the works for Midtown East and the Flatiron District. The first incarnation of the eatery, headed by Coscarelli and co-partner Samantha Wasser, opened less than a year ago and has been getting rave reviews by food critics, media, and customers alike.
