Vegan Oktoberfest Hits Los Angeles

Vegan Oktoberfest—the only traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest celebration in Los Angeles with 100-percent plant-based food—will take place on Saturday, October 15 at LA Center Studios. Now in its third year, the event entitles attendees to a complimentary German stein, which they can fill with as much beer as they want from 15 craft brewers between the hours of 1PM and 5:30PM (or starting at noon with VIP tickets). Plenty of vegan food vendors will also be serving grilled cheese sandwiches, Southern barbecue, desserts, and more. Live entertainment will include a Bavarian Oompah band and traditional German dancing, with men dressed in lederhosen and women in colorful dirndl dresses. Tickets (for both drinkers and teetotalers) have just gone on sale.
