EOS Debuts Beeswax-Free, Crystal Clear Vegan Lip Balm

The beauty brand launches an innovative lip product that's perfectly clear and totally vegan.

Last week, beauty brand EOS launched new, egg-shaped vegan Crystal Lip Balm in two flavors, Hibiscus Peach and Vanilla Orchid. The new formula removes the beeswax present in the brand’s other balms and instead is made with a special transparent shea butter and five plant-based oils, is paraben- and petroleum-free, and hypoallergenic. According to EOS, the new vegan balm sold out on its website the same day it launched but is still available (for $5.49) at retailers such as Walmart, Target, CVS, and Walgreens in the United States. Beauty brands continue to innovate the vegan makeup industry with recent launches of Lime Crime’s unicorn hair dye, Storybook’s Harry Potter-themed makeup brushes, and Mented Cosmetic’s nude nail polish developed to match all skin colors.
