Dancing with the Stars Celeb Honors Baby with Vegan Cake

Professional ballroom dancer Anna Trebunskaya—of Dancing with the Stars fame—held a baby shower earlier this month to welcome her second child. The tea party-themed event was catered by local vegan and gluten-free bakery The Trim Tart, which provided guests with vegan cupcakes, lemon mousse with a ginger crust, and several aqua-hued cakes adorned with sea shell decorations. The entire spread—while not fully vegan—featured tea sandwiches with cucumber and vegan cheese from Kite Hill, berries, and cut vegetables. Trebunskaya and her vegan actor husband Nevin Millan are already parents to a 3-year-old named Amalya. The expectant mother—who has followed a vegan diet throughout her pregnancy—took to Twitter earlier this week to announce the arrival of a 22 Days Nutrition starter pack (complete with a vegan cookbook) that she plans to follow once her baby arrives in September.
