New by CHLOE Opens in SoHo Today

The newest location of famed vegan restaurant by CHLOE opens today in the Soho neighborhood of New York City. Co-founder and chef Chloe Coscarelli announced her plan to expand to the neighborhood last December—taking over the space of a shuttered 16 Handles frozen yogurt shop. The new by CHLOE will feature similar dishes as the flagship West Village location, and customers can expect to see housemade burgers, air-baked fries, and sweet treats on the menu. In addition to the new location, by CHLOE is currently operating two restaurants and a bakery in New York City—one eatery inside a 365 by Whole Foods in Los Angeles, CA, with plans to expand to two Boston locations and two more New York locations (one in Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan and another in the Williamsburg neighborhood in Brooklyn)—in the near future.
