Breakfast Fruit Plate

While I usually like to eat what’s in season, I hate to miss out on nutrient dense, delicious berries. When berries aren’t in season, I use frozen, organic berries on my oatmeal, in shakes, or in this colorful breakfast.

What You Need:

  • 6 organic strawberries, quartered
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 pear, chopped
  • 1 orange, cut into eighths (with peel)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds

What You Do:

  1. Arrange orange wedges around outside of plate. In a bowl in the middle of the plate mix the apple, pear, strawberries and flax seeds.
