Fuhrman, who pioneered the Eat To Live diet plan, will be sharing the stories of three women who lost 50-plus pounds through his program, which begins with a six-week vegan plan. Singer has lost 91 pounds through his regimen, which focuses on low-calorie, nutrient-rich foods.
