Rainbeau Mars Prepares Easy Vegan Pizzas for E!

The author and fitness guru shows that cooking vegan comfort food is an easy and healthy venture.

Celebrity news outlet E! Entertainment recently posted a video "How to Make a Perfect Vegan Pizza," on the food section of their website, starring Hollywood health expert Rainbeau Mars. Mars, who is the author of the recently released 21 Day Superstar Cleanse: A Rejuvenating Lifestyle, has amassed a star-studded fan base that includes David Duchovney, Josie Maran, and Jason Mraz. To get the perfect pie, Mars uses simple ingredients in her tutorial, including Daiya cheese, Whole Foods pizza sauce, and corn or rice premade pizza crusts, along with a few custom ingredients such as basil, vegan sausage, and artichoke. She also notes that you can make your own pizza sauce using tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and Celtic salt. After ten minutes in the oven at 350 to 400 degrees, Mars revealed Margherita and sausage pizzas that “everyone will enjoy.”
