In an effort to show its green colors, Sharp Electronics announced a nationwide recycling program for its televisions and other consumer goods beginning this November. Consumers in 11 states (NH, NY, NJ, RI, PA, MN, WI, IL, TX, CA, OR) can now put their best green foot forward, dropping off outdated or broken Sharp, Panasonic, and Toshiba electronics to more than 160 sites and opt for (hopefully) more energy-efficient models.
