What you need:
- 1 ⁄2 pound rotini
- 2 tablespoons light miso
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
What you do:
- Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Strain the noodles and return to the pot.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix together thoroughly. Serve immediately.
