Noodles with Miso Sauce

What you need:

  • 1 ⁄2 pound rotini 
  • 2 tablespoons light miso 
  • 2 tablespoons tahini 
  • 2 tablespoons tamari 
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast 
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

What you do:

  1. Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Strain the noodles and return to the pot.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix together thoroughly. Serve immediately.
