We could barely contain our excitement when we tested the latest Amy’s Kitchen product last week—Non-Dairy Rice Mac & Cheeze. The new quick-fix frozen meal is not only vegan and gluten-free, but the incredible cheesy sauce is made from none other than our 2009 Product of the Year, aka Daiya. That’s right—with soon-to-be nationwide distribution, you can have hot from the ‘wave, melty macaroni in a matter of minutes. We were floored by the rice noodles, too, which could fool even the most finicky of palates. This allergen-free version of our favorite comfort food couldn’t be more spot on. We’ll have seconds, please.
