Roasted Red Pepper Spread

Top your bagels with this delicious spread, or serve with chips, crudités, or pita triangles.

What you need:

  • 2 large pieces of roasted red pepper from a jar
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup water or more as needed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

What you do:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
