What you need:
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 or 2 green, yellow or red pepper, chopped
- 4 to 5 red radishes or 2 inches of daikon radish, chopped
- 3 leaves kale, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
