Top 10 Veg Cities

PETA has released its picks for the top 10 most veg-friendly cities in North America, with Washington, DC, ranking number one. Some cities that might not immediately be associated with veganism made the cut, such as Albuquerque, NM, and Atlanta. San Francisco, New York, Seattle, and Portland, Ore., also made the list. Different veg restaurants were highlighted in each description of the city, commenting on what the city had to offer for dining for vegans and vegetarians. Additionally, PETA published a separate list of the top 10 most veg-friendly small cities in North America, which included Lincoln, Neb., and Providence, RI.
