Veg Restaurant Seva Expands

On December 17, Ann Arbor-based veg restaurant Seva opened for business at its second location in Detroit. The new location will feature all of the vegetarian and vegan dishes offered at the original restaurant, as well as additional daily specials and a gluten-free menu. Guests can enjoy similar menu items to Seva’s Ann Arbor location, such as dairy-free mac-and-cheese, roasted red pepper-hummus wraps, and tofu rancheros, as well as a full bar and fresh juices. Owners Jeff and Maren Jackson tell the Detroit Free Press that they had been planning for the Detroit location for more than a year.
