While we never tire of vegan desserts, we sometimes crave something that isn’t candy, and dare we say that baked goods can become boring. But turning down a swirl of rich, smooth, slightly salted caramel—well, that could never happen. And when Obsessive Confection Disorder’s Vanilla Bean Caramel Sauce entered the picture, we were downright hooked. This caramel creation was nothing sort of magical drizzled over fresh apple slices, but we can also imagine it atop a towering sundae, coating ooey gooey brownies, subbing for chocolate in fruity fondue, or just enjoyed by the spoon. One thing’s for sure—this sticky stuff is making our lives a whole lot sweeter.
