We wish we had the time to prepare extravagant three-course meals for lunch every day, but the reality is that 12:30 sneaks up on us before we even had a chance to say “tofu surprise.” Resorting to the microwave can at times be daunting, on top of vegan options being less than pervasive. But we were stoked to try Eat Good Do Good’s TaDah wraps and find that they were the perfect choice for a quick bite, packing yummy falafel with to-die-for lemon-garlic hummus in a soft whole-wheat tortilla. Don’t fear the freezer—it can be home to surprisingly nosh-worthy fare.
