This ready-for-anything combination of dried mushrooms, spices, and sesame seeds adds intensity to any veggie dish, especially sprinkled atop baked potatoes.
Makes 1/2 cup
What you need:
3/4 cup dried mushrooms, mixed
1-1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
What you do:
In a clean spice or coffee grinder, combine all ingredients and grind to a very fine powder, shaking or scraping down if necessary. Transfer to a jar or storage container.
