Vegans in the Los Angeles area now have access to cooking tips from some of the best vegan chefs in the country, thanks to the new course series YUMMY. The weekly classes—which will take place each Saturday in Pasadena—will include chefs from restaurants such as local macrobiotic eatery Seed Kitchen, San Francisco’s Millennium, and Los Angeles’s Real Food Daily, as well as authors Victoria Moran (Main Street Vegan) and Miyoko Schinner (Artisan Vegan Cheese). Vegans and omnivores alike can register on YUMMY’s website to enroll in discounted five-, 10- and 13-class packages, or take classes individually.
