This year’s vegan fare featured offerings such as curried tofu, and a black beans and rice bowl with plantains from The Jamaican Ital stand; spicy vegan burgers from Green Truck’s veggie burger menu; and whiskey and ginger-infused cocktails from a bar in the Rose Garden.
