McCartney’s new cookbook, Food: Vegetarian Home Cooking, was written with the kitchen-intimidated in mind, she says––the meat-free recipes are easy to follow, stress-free, and most importantly tasty and enjoyable. Whether it’s adults looking to reduce their meat consumption or kids with stubborn palates, she believes her dishes are accessible to all. “I just want them to eat it and enjoy it,” she tells amNY.
