Vegan culinary mastermind Tal Ronnen has affirmed his place among the starlets with The Hollywood Reporter including him on its list of the “20 Most Influential Chefs in Hollywood.” Partnering with drummer Travis Barker, Ronnen recently opened the Mediterranean-style eatery Crossroads, which is favored by celebs such as Bones actress Emily Deschanel. Deschanel tells the news source that her favorite Crossroads dishes are the Artichoke Oysters and the Hearts of Palm “Crab Cakes.” Ronnen also made waves in Hollywood’s inner circle when he catered Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi’s wedding.
