Baker Priscilla Muller of Pleasantly Plump Vegan Baked Goods is ready to take the next step with her dairy- and egg-free desserts, and hopes a Kickstarter campaign will enable her to custom-build a new website, purchase baking equipment, and have her sweet treats vegan certified. Muller, who started Pleasantly Plump roughly six months ago outside of her full-time restaurant job, currently sells her cookies at local events including Houston’s monthly Lone Star Bazaar market. Orders can be placed for vegan muffins, sweet breads, and cupcakes such as the Spiced Rum Cupcake with Coconut Buttercream Frosting and Tart Caramel Drizzle.
