Celebrity German chef Attila Hildmann is conducting a 250-participant fitness challenge over 60 days to herald the release of his new book Vegan Forever Young. During the challenge, contestants will exercise and meditate for 30 minutes per day while having their health monitored using the Biozoom scanner, which tracks antioxidant levels using a beam of light. Hildmann, who is also the author of Vegan For Fun and Vegan For Fit—both of which were named Best Vegetarian Cookbook of the Year by the Vegetarian Society of Germany, conducted a fitness challenge last year that resulted in participants losing a collective 1,000 pounds over the course of a month.
