New York City’s Petey Rojas began his vegan-baking career with a batch of pumpkin chocolate chip cupcakes at the age of two, shares today.com. Rojas’s mother and baking assistant Jill Fehrenbacher thought it would be a fun idea to post videos of her son whipping up the sweet treats on YouTube and her blog Inhabitat after noticing a lack of online tutorials for cooking with toddlers; before long, the culinary star went viral, and the baking duo began filming how-to’s for vegan dishes beyond cupcakes, including fun snail- and snake-shaped bread. While Rojas has yet to express interest in becoming a baker or chef when he grows up, he still has big plans in the works, telling today.com he wants to be “a doctor, an astronaut, a paleontologist, an astronomer, and a construction worker.”
