Restaurants such as the House of V, Earth N’ Us Farm, and Love & Vegetables each bring diverse atmosphere and a unique set of offerings to the table. House of V is a craft bakery where the pastries are garnished with micro-greens and edible flowers while Earth N’ Us Farm has six-course meals where diners pay only what they can afford. Renowned raw food chef and cookbook author Matthew Kenny is opening up a culinary school and a locally-inspired restaurant in Miami, called the White Lotus, as well.
