Men’s Fitness magazine is educating the male masses on dating and veganism in its recent article, “Your Go-To Date Night Menu for the Gluten-Free Vegan Girl.” In the piece, Chef Jason Roberts of ABC’s, The Chew presents an exquisite yet simple menu to prepare when hosting a dinner date for a significant other who is cruelty-free. “A woman who’s gluten-free, vegan, or both is probably a woman who cares about how she looks and feels,” says the fitness source. “It’s a good sign.” The menu begins with an Asparagus and White Peach Salad, flavored with hazelnut oil, basil leaves, and freshly ground black pepper. This leads to a Sicilian Chickpea Stew entrée made with Spanish red onion, carrots, Roma tomatoes, and Swiss chard. The dinner culminates in a Mangoes with Dessert Wine and Black Pepper dish.
