Ask a vegan what the final frontier of plant-based products is, and most will answer “cheese.” While we achieve more and more delicious options in the vegan-cheese world each passing year, we’re always game for more incarnations (and never run out of ways to use them). When we tried Heidi Ho Veganics’ Chia Cheeze Sauce, we were impressed by its rich texture and immediately inspired to try it as a dip, a topping, and a sauce. As a bonus, its ingredients label is surprisingly heavy on veggies and low on weird stuff. Can you ever have too much of a good thing? When it’s this good, we would argue no.
