The New York catering service Young’s is planning a three-course meal, set to happen on May 1, May 2, and May 3 at the Old Bowery Station in SoHo. Diners can expect the vegetable-centric dishes Young’s has come to be known for, starting with savory combinations such as Fava Beans with Peas, Pickled Mushrooms, and Burnt Onion Rings, and ending with sweet treats like Beet Beignet with Blackberries with White Chocolate and Tarragon Ice Cream; and each course is methodically matched with a cocktail (think Sombra mescal mixed with yellow chartreuse, pineapple sage, and agave) or a craft beer such as Goose Island Pere Jacques and Rogue Chocolate Stout. Young’s plans to host pop-ups once per month until their brick and mortar location on Manhattan’s Lower East Side is up and running. Click here to order tickets.
