The Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills is bringing plant-based health to its patrons, adding five vegan dishes to the menu of its poolside Cabana Restaurant. The five-star hotel partnered with Spork Foods, a vegan cuisine company that specializes in catering and culinary education, to create the menu items, which include Red Bean Veggie Burgers with Beet Ketchup, Tomato and Herb Tart with Almond Ricotta Filling, and Battered Avocado Tacos with Pickled Purple Onions and Lime Crema. “We are so excited to partner with Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles … on launching new healthy menu items to kick-off the summer,” said Spork owners and operators Heather Goldberg and Jenny Engel. If there’s anyone who’s equipped to cater to the star-studded Beverly Hills hotel guest list, it’s Spork, which has garnered the fandom of many celebrities such as Zooey and Emily Deschanel, who wrote the foreword for the Spork cookbook Spork-Fed.
