From chocolate-peppermint snowballs to chai-spiced shortbread, a slew of recipes from VegNews readers were submitted for our fourth annual VegNews Holiday Cookie Contest. After much voting and deliberation, VegNews editors narrowed their favorites to the following 10 finalists. During the next week, the VN team will have the very difficult job of taste-testing dozens of cookies to determine this year’s best of the best, with our three final winners being announced on December 20 (hello, amazing prizes, including a Vitamix!).
