Pumpkin-Infused Vodka

This infusing technique can be applied to virtually any vegetable or fruit for your own custom cocktails.

What you need:

375 ml bottle of wine
1/2 cup roasted pumpkin
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon maple syrup

What you do:

  1. In an air-tight bottle, combine all ingredients. Allow to infuse for 1 week.
  2. Strain the infusion with a fine sieve.
