Marinated Asian Tofu
A quick and easy dish for when you’re in a hurry.

Serves 4
What you need:
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 pound firm tofu
What you do:
- In a small bowl, mix together the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and orange juice.
- Cut the tofu into strips or cubes and place in a baking dish. Cover with the sauce and let the tofu marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning once or twice.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake the tofu for about 30 minutes, turning at least once, or until the liquid is absorbed. Cool before eating.
