Marinated Asian Tofu

A quick and easy dish for when you’re in a hurry.

What you need:

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed or chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 pound firm tofu

What you do:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and orange juice.
  2. Cut the tofu into strips or cubes and place in a baking dish. Cover with the sauce and let the tofu marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning once or twice.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake the tofu for about 30 minutes, turning at least once, or until the liquid is absorbed. Cool before eating.
