Broccoli Spread & Dip
This is an absolutely scrumptious dip that tastes wonderful on crackers or spread on a sandwich with fresh tomatoes and lettuce.

Makes 2 cups
What you need:
- 4 cups broccoli florets (or two small heads)
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 dill pickle, diced
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
What you do:
- Steam broccoli florets until soft, about 8 minutes.
- In a shallow bowl, mash steamed broccoli. Add celery and pickle, and stir in mustard and vegan mayonnaise.
